She wanted to be significantly larger with less droop. She is narrow chested and we selected the narrower and more projectile SRX silicone gel implants to provide the most fill without the implant having as much lateral show in her armpit as a full projection implant would. She also liked the slightly softer responsive gel compared to the cohesive “gummy bear fill” She has a great shape and the mastopexy incisions are healing very well lifting the nipple up and reducing the size of the areola. She is very pleased with her results.
