This patient came to us seeking a breast augmentation with lift. She felt that she had a lot of droop and loss of volume. She wanted to have a more fuller rounder shape. She was more concerned with her shape of her breasts rather then the size. She had enough droop to her breasts that would require a lift, she had more droop to her breast on the right side than the left. She wanted to be larger and more symmetrical. Because the patient wanted a rounder more fuller shape, Dr Poulter went with the high profile smooth round gel implants and bilateral V to T mastopexy, with more skin removed from the right side than the left as this was the more larger side. The patient is very pleased with the size and shape of her breasts.
