This 43 year old woman came to us after being diagnosed with left sided breast cancer. She decided to immediately undergo simple bilateral reconstruction. After the procedure, she came back multiple times until her expanders were filled to the size she wanted prior to treatment. After chemotherapy, she returned for second stage reconstruction. She is happy with her size and shape and may eventually proceed with nipple and areolar complex tattooing to complete the reconstruction.
