This young 23 year old patient came to us to discuss breast reduction, referred by her primary doctor for headaches, back, neck and shoulder pain. Her doctor and Dr. Poulter both agreed that these symptoms were related to her large breasts. She stated she was embarrassed by her large breasts and had to buy expensive specialty bras at size 36G. Dr. Poulter removed nearly a pound and a half from each breast and the patient is much more comfortable after reduction. She reports decreased pain and is excited to go bra shopping at the mall instead of her old expensive specialty store.
