This young 24 year old woman came to us to discuss breast reduction after child birth. She had always had larger breasts and had developed rapidly since onset of puberty. But after pregnancy, she was left with even larger breasts, wearing a 34F on her first visit. She complained of neck, back, and shoulder pain that slowed her down in her active lifestyle. After a reduction of nearly 3 pounds of tissue, she is much happier and more active in a smaller 34C-D cup and now has relief from her head neck and back pain!
