This patient comes to us seeking a breast reduction. She has developed rapidly since the onset of puberty. She complains of neck, back, and shoulder pain. She has developed rashes under her breasts that are painful. She is embarrassed by the size of her breasts and is unable to exercise. We feel that she would benefit greatly from having this breast reduction. Following surgery she has had resolution in her neck back and shoulder pain and no further rashes. The patient is extremely pleased with her result.
