Patient feels her breasts are too large. Her current bra size she reports is 42D, but more likely she is 44 DDD. She complains of neck, back, and shoulder pain. She is unable to exercise due to the size of her breasts. She sees a chiropractor regularly for treatment of her pain. She has to purchase expensive specialty bras. She is embarrassed by the size of her breasts. We did a inferior pedicle breast reduction we removed 599 grams from the right breast and 800 grams from the left breast The patient is very happy with her result. She is now wearing a D cup.
