This 61-year-old woman was extremely pleased with a tummy-tuck Dr. Poulter performed months earlier and felt confident to address what had ailed her for so many years; her large and uneven breasts. She wore a 36 DD minimizer bra, but was truly a 36 DDD-cup. After undergoing chiropractic care for years, tired of the discomfort in her neck, back, and shoulders she consulted with Dr. Poulter for a breast reduction. An inferior pedicle technique removed 396 grams from her right breast and 586 grams from her left. To further improve her contour, liposuction of her back and flanks were performed at the same time. She is elated with her new figure and 36 D-cup bra size.
