Patient feels her breasts are too large. Her current bra size is 32 GG. She has been large breasted since high school. She complains of neck, back, and shoulder pain. She sees a chiropractor every three weeks. She is thin but has extremely enlarged breasts. We did an inferior pedicle breast reduction, we removed 474 grams from the right breast and 594 grams from the left breast. The patient is now wearing a 32 DD bra she is very pleased with her result and her neck back and shoulder pain is gone.
