This 27-year-old woman came to Dr. Poulter for relief of neck, back, and shoulder pain caused by large breasts.  Although she had been successful in losing 25 pounds, her breast remained the same size and caused significant discomfort for her.  Dr. Poulter performed a breast reduction with inferior pedicle technique removing 545 grams from the right breast and 501 grams from the left.  She is pleased to be wearing a 36 C-cup bra, down from a 38 DD.
