This 59-year-old woman came to see Dr. Poulter after suffering with extensive neck, back, and shoulder pain her whole life. Due to the extremely large size of her breasts, exercise has been virtually impossible. A breast reduction with free nipple graft technique was carried out removing 2102 grams from the right and 2356 grams from the left, for a total of 9.8 pounds. Her bra size reduced from a 48 F to a 44 B-cup.
