This 30-year-old mother of two was referred by her primary physician for evaluation for breast reduction. Her size 36 F-cup breasts caused significant headaches, neck, back, and shoulder pain, and numbness in her arms and fingers. Despite a 35 pound weight loss, visits to the chiropractor, and custom bras, her breasts remained a constant problem for her. An inferior pedicle breast reduction was performed to alleviate these troublesome symptoms.
