The patient is a 54 yr old in very good health.  He is 5 feet 8 inches and weighs 170 pounds. He has small areas of localized fat in the hips and abdominal area. He would like to get rid of some of the fullness in those areas. Liposuction of the abdomen and hips with scar revision of the anterior abdominal wall from previous appendix surgery was recommended.
