The patient came to us for a breast augmentation because she lost breast tissue following weight loss.  She wanted a rounder fuller shape, but liked her size.  She was hoping they would become less droopy and have more upper pole show, but did not want them to become too large and not proportionate.  The patient is very happy with the results.
