(Last Updated On: August 29, 2019)This is a 50 year old female. She came to us because she has had a pouch since having children. She has had several pregnancies and her abdomen sticks out despite trying to hold it in. She wanted to improve how she looked in her clothes/bathing suit. She had been considering abdominoplasty/liposuction since having her last child, and was primarly concerned with her breasts and abdomen. She also lost approximately 30 pounds recently.
The patient also felt her breasts were too large. Her beginning bra size was 34D. She complained of neck pain and shoulder grooving from her bra straps. She also stated her left breast was larger than the right. She had lots of droop to her breasts and wanted her breasts smaller and lifted.
The patient is very pleased with her results.
