Revision Breast Augmentation with exchange of implants

This patient comes to us wanting to exchange her implants. She has had a previous breast augmentation in 2007. She has saline implants in now and would like to exchange them for silicone gel and would also like to go bigger. She has a very little initial volume and wanted softer and larger breasts with good shape. The patient prefers the extra projection cohesive implants. Using the SCX smooth round cohesive gel implant will provide a narrow implant with the most fill without the implant having as much lateral show in her armpit as a full projection implant would. The patient is very pleased with her results.
