This patient comes to us for a breast lift. She had a significant weight loss and felt that her breasts had a lot of droop. Discussions with Dr. Poulter led to her deciding on having a breast lift without augmentation as she is so active she did not feel the need to be as large breasted as she was before weight loss. Patient has some asymmetry She wanted to be able to wear her bikini and feel comfortable in her tops. The patient had a wise key pattern mastopexy and has a very nice shape, size and contour. The patient is very happy with her results.
