Breast Augmentation

This is a 44 year old patient that comes to us for breast augmentation. She had bilateral breast reduction prior to marriage and childbearing. She had 4 children and had significant involutional atrophy of her breasts. We have done a fat grafting procedure along with a breast lift which provided her with a much better shape and contour of the breasts. She would like to have more upper show and volume to her breast. Dr. Poulter and patient decided on using the new 410 FF gummy bear for its natural look with the fuller lower pole and decreased rippling which would help provide the patient with the shape and size she wanted. The patient is extremely happy with her result.
