This 41 year old patient comes to us for breast augmentation. She feels that her body is not proportioned, she has had multiple breast biopsies which left her breasts with less tissue. She wanted a rounder, fuller shape but also wanted a more natural appearance. After discussing all of the different implant options, Dr Poulter and patient decided to go with the 410 MF gummy bear implant because of the lower capsular contracture rate, this implant is less rippling and also because with this implant it has a nice transition from the chest to the upper pole of the breasts. The patient is very pleased with her results and loves how her breasts look natural. The MF shaped implant is slightly wider than tall and provides the width she desired without the fuller upper pole making her result look so natural.
