This is a 23 year old patient who comes to us seeking breast augmentation. She has felt as though she never developed enough breast tissue, she was self conscious about her small breasts and she wanted her clothes to fit better. She was looking to to have larger, fuller breast with significant upper breast show. After discussing this with the patient, both Dr Poulter and patient decided on the style 20 high profile smooth round gel. With this type of implant it would give the patient the look she wanted to achieve. The patient is very happy with the improvement and can now fill out her tops and have that upper fullness she has been wanting.
