This 40 year old patient comes to us with the concern of fullness she had in her abdomen, hips and thighs. Since having children she has a “pooch” that she can not get rid of no matter how hard she works out. She did not like the way her stomach hung over the top of her pants. She has had several pregnancies and her abdomen would stick out despite trying to suck in. She wanted to improve her look. For her we performed an abdominoplasty along with liposuction of hips and medial thighs which rid her of the excess skin, repaired the separation of abdominal muscles and smoothed out her hips and medial thighs. By liposuctioning the upper flank crossing the mid back crease, this is released and reduced significantly. The patient is back to working out and loves her new look and shape.
