This patient comes to us seeking a breast augmentation. She has always been self-conscious of her small breasts. She has significant deflation of her breasts following childbirth, with more loss from the left breast then the right breast. She would like to be larger and have that upper show of her breasts. The patient wanted a more full rounder look to her breast so Dr. Poulter and the patient decided to go with the Inspira smooth round cohesive gel implant SCF. This implant will give the patient that upper show of her breasts, the fullness she wanted but also still have that nice transition from chest to upper pole. The patient is very pleased with her result.
