The patient came to us feeling as though her breasts are too large.  Her current bra size is 34 DDD.  She complains of back pain.  She is thin but has extremely enlarged breasts.  She has difficulty participating in sports or rigorous activities.  She has had physical therapy in the past with little improvement.  Her shoulders and her back are the most affected by her size.   After the surgery, the patient was very pleased with her result. Her neck, back, and shoulder pain has resolved. Her bra size now is a 34 D
