After Massive Weight Loss

The patient is a young woman who found the Center for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery through an online search. At 5’5″ and 153lbs, she was seeking Body Countouring Surgery after the massive weight loss she obtained through nutrition and exercise. She was able to maintain her 145lb weight loss and came to us for Breast Enhancement, and Extended Abdominoplasty, and Liposuction of the hips and medial thighs. Starting from size 34B, her post operation bra size became 34D due to the 325cc Style 20 Silicone Gel implants. She also asked to add the midline incision to get the tightest possible abdominal wall she could. This does add significant improvement and helps create the “six-pack” look she could only dream of befor Body Countouring Surgery.
