This 40 year old mother of two came to us initially to discuss possibility of tummy tuck following her two pregnancies and multiple abdominal surgeries. The pt was diagnosed with breast cancer shortly after and underwent left mastectomy. She came to us to discuss reconstruction of left breast with prophylactic right mastectomy with immediate reconstruction of right breast. The patient underwent reconstruction followed by her originally planned abdominoplasty with liposuction of hips and medial thighs. She had her second stage reconstruction shortly after using the anatomically-shaped 410 implants and is very happy with the look of the moderate  height full profile implant. She is so pleased with her new tummy and the way she looks in clothing.
