At age 54, weighing 136lbs, this patient first sought a consultation in 2006. Despite aggressive exercise, she had been unable to reduce her hips and abdomen. A previous Appendectomy scar is prominent in the right side of her abdomen. She underwent both an Abdominoplasy and Liposuction of her hips. The anterior view shows the narrowing of her adbominal muscles while the posterior view demostrates the significant improvment with the Vaser Ultrasound assisted Liposuction. By treating across the crease in her midback with the Ultrasound, we are able to smooth the transition to the hip with a very nice post operative appearance.
