At age 40, height 5’2″, and 140lbs, this patient was unhappy with the fullness of her abdomen and hips. The Tummy Tuck fixed her abdominal wall weakness and removed many of the lower stretch marks. The posterior view shows how the combination of the tightening of the abdominal muscule and skin, and Ultrasound assisted Liposuction made an incredible differencein her bips and waist. The multiple layered closure of the abdomen wil help prevent indentation of the incision similar to the oneshe had per-operatively.
