This 33 year old patient came to us seeking breast augmentation, she had extensive droop to her breasts, she had a significant loss of volume to her breasts after breast feeding. She was self conscious of her small breast size and wanted to have more upper show of her breasts with a rounder, fuller shape. With the amount of droop she had to her breasts, Dr Poulter recommended a mastopexy along with the breast augmentation. To give the patient the look she wanted Dr. Poulter used the Inspira smooth round gel implant to give her that rounded, fuller shape. This implant will also give her more upper pole show of her breasts. Dr Poulter did a mastopexy bilaterally to remove the vertical and horizontal excess skin.The patient is very happy with her results.
