Breast Augmentation and Mini Tummy Tuck

This 43 year old patient came to us seeking breast augmentation and tummy tuck. The patient is self conscious about her small breast size, she lost breast tissue and had some loose skin in her abdomen after having children. The patient would like to be moderately larger and have a fuller upper show to her breasts. Dr. Poulter and the patient decided on the Inspira SRF smooth round gel implants and a mini tummy tuck. Doing the mini tummy tuck would rid the patient of her loose skin on her abdomen and going with the Inspira SRF implants would give the patient the look she desired. The patient is very pleased with her results.
