This 36 year old patient came to us seeking breast augmentation. After having four children, she lost volume to her breasts, She wanted to be moderately larger, have a fuller shape and more upper show of her breasts. To achieve the look she wanted, Dr Poulter and patient decided on the Inspira smooth round cohesive implant. The cohesive gel implant will retain it’s upper pole fullness better. The patient is extremely happy with her results.
