This 51 year old patient came to us for exchange of implants after one of her implants deflated. She had saline implants from 20 years ago by another physician and her right side had leaked to the point of deflation when she came to us. We decided to replace her implants with smooth round silicone gel for the safety over saline and the texture of the gel. Her original saline implants were filled to 280 cc and we opted to go a little larger with the silicone to fill out her breast and give her a smoother more natural shape. She is extremely happy with her fuller, smoother, larger breasts.
