This 24 year old patient seeking a breast augmentation. She was always small chested but after having children she felt as though she lost breast tissue. She would like to be moderately larger with a fuller upper show to her breasts. She has a little asymmetry with her right breast being a little larger then her left breast and having more upward inclination of the nipple as seen on he side view. To achieve the look the patient is going for, the patient and Dr. Poulter decided to go with the Inspira smooth round gel implant SRX. Following the surgery she did get improvement in the asymmetry despite using the same size implants. The patient is extremely happy with her results.
