The patient came to us seeking breast augmentation because she was self-conscious about her small breast size.  She felt her body was not well proportioned and that her breasts were underdeveloped.  She lost breast tissue following child bearing and wanted to restore her breasts to larger than pre-pregnancy.  She felt her breasts were slightly asymmetric and she wanted a rounder fuller shape and a fuller upper show of her breasts.
