This 19 year old patient came to us to discuss breast reduction. She had significantly large breasts that were handed down from her mother, who had had over 7lbs of tissue removed in her reduction 10 years ago. The patient had significant neck, back, and shoulder pain and had even had to give up playing music due to her inability to keep appropriate posture. She had recently been experiencing headaches and decided she did not want to wait any longer for reduction. Prior to surgery, this patient was wearing a 34G and 34H in bra size. Afer removing 3 pounds of tissue, she is now down to a 34D and extremely excited to begin working out and is back to her music.
