The patient has come to us with concerns about her thighs, hips, neck, and arms.  She always been full in her medial thighs.  She has areas of fullness that won’t go away no matter how much she exercises. She stated her medial thighs can be painful due to them rubbing together when I walk.  There is significant fullness of the hips and flank.  There is a significant indentation between the hip and flank posterio-laterally.  There is significant fullness of the medial thighs. The fullness is more posterior.  There is good skin tone in the medial thigh.  There is dimpling already present
in the medial thighs.  There is significant fullness and cellulite in the lateral thighs, and good skin color. There is moderate fullness in the medial knee, and good skin tone.

We liposuctioned hips, medial and lateral thighs.  The patient is very happy with her results.
