This 35-year-old mother of three desired a better shape and appearance of her breasts after experiencing droop following breast feeding.Although initially requesting enlargement of her breasts, she was happy with her size in a bra and therefore Dr. Poulter recommended a central mound mastopexy (breast lift) which helps to improve and maintain upper breast fullness.
