This patient comes to us seeking a breast reduction. She has been thinking about a reduction for many years. She is no longer able to participate in sports or rigorous activities. She complained of neck back and shoulder pain. She complains that when she lays down on her back, her arms and hands get numb. She is thin but has significantly enlarged breasts that her insurance did not feel met their criteria for coverage. At her 1 week follow up, she was excited to let us know that her neck, back and shoulder pain were significantly improved and she loved her new look that made her look much trimmer. She was very happy with her results.
