This 36-year-old woman underwent breast augmentation following a loss of volume after breast-feeding her four children. She required dual plane placement of her implants due to her very short nipple to inframammary fold distance. After receiving smooth round 300cc saline implants filled to 350cc, she went from a 34A to a 34 C-cup bra.
