This 32 year old patient felt that she never developed enough breast. She felt as though her body was not well proportioned and she was self-conscious about her small breast size. She wanted to be larger but did not want her breasts to be too big and get in the way. She would like to have upper show to her breasts but not all the time. She wanted her breasts to move away from the upper pole when she is upright, so the implants we not so obvious. With this implant, she will get the upper show she is looking for but will also give her a slightly softer implant and the natural fullness of the upper pole.The patient is pleased with her result.
