This 38 year old woman came to us to discuss augmenting the size and shape of her breasts. She had recently lost 45 pounds from changing her diet and had lost a decent amount of volume in her breasts as well. She had one child whom she had nursed for over six months. She had some asymmetry with more droop on the left than on the right. We chose smooth round silicone implants and placed different sizes to offset her asymmetry. She is very proud of her new round, shaplier breasts.
