This 25 year old patient comes to us seeking breast augmentation. She wanted to regain her pre pregnancy size shape. She wanted to have a fuller upper show but did not want to be to large and not proportionate. She wanted her breast to look more natural. After discussing with the patient what she wanted her and Dr Poulter decided to go with the 410 gummy bear implant. This implant will give her the more natural appearance she is looking for because of its natural transition from the upper pole and provide nice fullness of the lower pole. The patient is so pleased with her results and loves the way that her breasts look so natural.
