This 44-year-old mother of two struggled with neck, back, and shoulder pain due to her greatly enlarged breasts. Strain on her shoulders from her size 40 DD-cup bra also led to headaches and an inability to exercise comfortably. Dr. Poulter performed a breast reduction with inferior pedicle technique to reduce her breast size, improve her shape, and relieve her of her symptoms. She is now wearing a size 38 C-cup bra, has lost 25 pounds over the course of a year, and is actively running and training for a 5K.
