This 18-year-old patient was referred by her primary physician for evaluation for breast reduction for extensive headaches, neck, back, and shoulder pain. She was wearing a 34 DD-cup bra and reported wearing it 24hrs per day to ease her significant discomfort. She underwent breast reduction with inferior pedicle technique reducing her bra size to 36 C-cup.
